badjle Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to badjle. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on badjle, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or legal entity.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended account on the badjle platform. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register or gambling block list that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person associated with badjle or its technology and content providers.

badjle reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Accepted documents for age and identity verification include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, and a Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by badjle's verification team will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

badjle takes its age verification responsibilities seriously. If badjle has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all gameplay will be frozen, and no funds — including any deposits or winnings — will be released until identity and age are confirmed to badjle's satisfaction. Where a minor is confirmed to have accessed the platform, any deposits will be returned to the payment source and all winnings will be forfeited without exception.

To access the full range of badjle services — including depositing funds, participating in games, placing sports bets, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate personal details as requested.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth, and a preferred username and password. You may also be asked to indicate your preferred payment method and to confirm agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the badjle Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. badjle will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials — whether performed by you or a third party who has obtained your credentials — is your responsibility. You must notify badjle support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

badjle's KYC verification process may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time during an account's lifecycle at badjle's discretion. The KYC process requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address dated within the last three months and proof of the payment method used for deposits. badjle's verification team will process submitted documents within 24–72 hours of receipt and will notify you of the outcome via email or in-platform notification.

Accounts that fail KYC verification, or where the submitted documents cannot be authenticated to badjle's satisfaction, will remain suspended until the issue is resolved. badjle is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account being suspended pending KYC completion, including missed promotional opportunities or in-progress game sessions affected by the suspension.

badjle supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Payment Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability at time of transaction)

Deposits are credited to your badjle account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited within minutes. Card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by badjle's payments team within 1–4 hours for standard verified accounts and faster for players in the Gold, Platinum, Elite, and Diamond VIP tiers. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of badjle's payments processing window (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6) will be queued and processed at the start of the next processing window. badjle is not responsible for additional delays introduced by the player's payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from badjle's system.

All funds deposited to badjle must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for their most recent deposit, except where badjle's payments team has approved an alternative method in writing.

badjle reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, unusual deposit patterns, or withdrawal requests that trigger automated risk flags. During such reviews, the relevant funds may be temporarily held. badjle will communicate the status and expected resolution timeline of any hold to the affected player within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

badjle offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Partial withdrawal of bonus-related funds before wagering requirements are met is not permitted.
• Standard wagering requirements on badjle bonuses range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. The exact multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 5%–20%) compared to slots (typically 100%). Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses that are not utilised — i.e., where the associated wagering requirement has not been met — within the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's account automatically. No cash equivalent will be offered in place of an expired bonus.
• badjle reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where the offer is ongoing.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or other prohibited means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

VIP-tier players at the Gold, Platinum, Elite, and Diamond levels may be eligible for individually negotiated bonus terms through their account manager. These personalised offers operate under their own specific terms, which will be communicated directly to the eligible player in writing.

By using badjle, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and, where applicable, to any person who accesses the platform without a registered account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point when badjle requests updated information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify badjle immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name and ensure that all funds deposited to badjle are from legitimate sources.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you have concerns about your gambling behaviour, and contact badjle support if you need assistance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on badjle and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one badjle account, whether for personal use or on behalf of others.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or attempting to claim the same offer multiple times.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the badjle platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal their origin.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit pricing anomalies in sports markets.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or other automated software to interact with any part of the badjle platform, including game interfaces, the sports betting section, and the cashier.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate badjle transaction. badjle reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal channels.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication at badjle staff, live dealer hosts, or other players via any badjle-facilitated communication channel.

badjle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The circumstances under which badjle may take this action include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or submission of fraudulent documentation.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the remaining account balance, once that balance falls below ৳5,000, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by player login.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, badjle will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours of the suspension being applied and will provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where the nature of the suspected breach requires immediate and irrevocable action to protect the platform's integrity.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting badjle support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 3–5 business days of closure confirmation.

In the event of account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — badjle retains the right to withhold funds where there is a reasonable basis to believe those funds are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badjle's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

badjle shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not and whether or not badjle has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from game malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss or corruption of player data resulting from events outside badjle's reasonable control.
• Consequential, indirect, or special losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Losses attributable to third-party service failures, including payment provider delays, telecommunications outages, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

badjle makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. badjle will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to restore service following any unplanned outage, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

Game results displayed on the badjle platform are final once the RNG outcome has been recorded in badjle's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded in badjle's server logs, the server log record shall be authoritative. badjle will investigate disputed game results within 5 business days of a formal complaint being received through the official support channel.

badjle reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the badjle platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
